The Senate of the University of Bahr El Ghazal, on Tuesday, 10th October 2023, held its regular meeting No. (3/2023), at Vice Chancellor’s Office. The meeting was chaired by the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Dr. Victor Laku Kwajok and attended by Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Peter Atem Deng, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Prof. Dr. Hawa Abdullah Marjan, Academic Registrar Prof. Dr. Charles Epiphanio Wani, Deans, Heads of Departments, and professors.
The meeting was deliberated on number of agendas including, passing of the results of supplementary and substitute examinations for the academic year 2020-2021, and endorsement of the results and thesis of the College of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. And also will discuss the endorsement of the proposed calendar for the new academic year 2021-2022.
The senate meeting will continue to discuss a number of agendas on Wednesday, 11th Oct. 2023, and then it will conclude its session.
