The Senate meeting of the University of Bahr El Ghazal successfully concluded on Wednesday 11 October 2023.
The two-day meeting was held at Vice Chancellor’s Office, in University Administration Premises, from 10th to 11th October 2023.
The meeting was chaired by the Vice Chancellor and Chair of Senate Prof. Dr. Victor Laku Kwajok and attended by Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Peter Atem Deng, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, Prof. Dr. Hawa Abdullah Marjan, Academic Registrar Prof. Dr. Charles Epiphanio Wani, Deans, Heads of Departments, and Professors.
The Senate meeting passed the results of supplementary and substitute examinations for the academic year 2020-2021, and endorsed the proposed calendar for the new academic year 2021-2022.
The senate also endorsed the results and thesis of the College of Graduate Studies and scientific Research (CGSSR).
This approval followed the decisions of the Senate at its meeting No. (3/2023).
